The prices for the above are for Sat to Sat bookings.  Short terms breaks are 70% of those costs for either 3 nights at the weekend or 4 nights during the week.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment

A deposit of £100 per holiday week is required at the time of booking, payable by cheque to H Edge. The balance being due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.  If the booking is made 8 weeks or less before the start of the holiday the full amount should be paid at the time of booking.  When the balance is paid full details of the property, directions, keyholder information, etc will be forwarded.  Written or email confirmation of bookings will be required and all bookings and payments received will be acknowledged in writing or by email.

Weekly Bookings

Bookings are normally weekly only and run from SATURDAY - 4.00pm to SATURDAY - 10.00am, other dates and short winter breaks may be available by request. 

Cancellations

Should cancellation be necessary the following cancellation charges will apply:  more than 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday, full deposit returned.  4-8 weeks before, full deposit or 50% of cost, whichever is greater.  2-4 weeks before, 75% of cost.  0-2 weeks before, 100% of cost.  In the event of a like for like booking being received for the same period, the full amount will be refunded or a pro rata amount should a booking be received for a shorter period. 

Damage to Property

The client agrees to make good any damage, breakage or loss caused to the property, its furniture and fitments during the holiday period.

Occupancy

The house is suitable for 7 occupants, this number must not be exceeded unless by prior written agreement.  Pets, maximum 2, are accepted but must be kept under control and not left unattended at the property. 

Electricity

Electricity is charged as extra to the rental, full details are given to calculate the amount used.  This amount can be left at the property as either cash or cheque made payable to H Edge.  

Bedding/Towels

All bed linen and towels are supplied (apart from travel cot bedding).
